APARTMENT RULES
CHECK IN
The rental begins at 4:00 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period, however, and subject to occupancy, you can consult and agree if access is possible before this time in the event that the apartment is free the night before or was already cleaned, disinfected and available
As the apartment has an autonomous entrance without the need for personal delivery of the keys, the arrival time can be checked with the property
DEPARTURE TIME
The Rental of the Apartment ends at 11 in the morning on the day of the departure date, it can only be extended for hours or full days if there is availability, and you should consult both this possibility and the supplements to be paid with the property.
Capacity and condition of the apartment
The client is fully and exclusively responsible when making the reservation for the correct declaration of the number of people who will occupy the apartment, without omitting children or babies, since for the purposes of maximum capacity, capacity and insurers are all considered equally.
The warning is made that legally the property can refuse to admit the entry of those persons not declared, or in its case evict them, losing all rights to the amount paid on account and without any right to financial compensation.
Delivery on account as a reservation
The reservation is confirmed when the amount of the first night of the stay is deposited as a guarantee, this payment can be made by bank transfer or bizum. This amount is refundable if canceled in the cases indicated in the "Cancellation, modification and withdrawal fees" section.
Cancellation, modification or withdrawal expenses
In general, and unless expressly indicated in your reservation of other conditions, either by direct reservation or through third parties, these are the cancellation, cancellation or withdrawal conditions in case there are no particular conditions:
- Bridges, Easter, August, Christmas and New Year's Eve: The client can cancel the reservation, or modify the reservation without charge, more than 15 days in advance of the arrival date. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge the first night of the reservation. If you cancel or modify the reservation 5 days before the date of entry or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.
- Other Dates: The client can cancel the reservation, or modify the reservation without charge, more than 5 days in advance of the arrival date. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge the first night of the reservation. If you cancel or modify the reservation 2 days before the date of entry or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.
- Minimum stay: Bridges, Easter, Fair, Christmas and New Year's Eve 4 nights. Other dates 2 nights.
- Deposit at entry: A deposit must be delivered upon delivery of the entry code to the home, it can be by transfer, cash or bizum. It will be responsible for the good use and behavior of the people staying.
- Down payment or guarantee: a down payment or reservation guarantee is requested via cash, Bizum or transfer. This amount is refundable if you cancel within the periods indicated above.
- Offers and non-refundable rate: Offers, promotions and special rates are non-refundable, and do not allow cancellation, modification without expenses. All are billed.
Bail
Upon arrival, a deposit will be required upon delivery of the access code to the apartment, in cash or by credit card, which will be returned in full at the end of the stay if there is no anomaly, damage or damage during the rental.
Said deposit guarantees good behavior and the use of the apartment, furniture, belongings, linen and electrical appliances, as well as breakages due to misuse, negligence, loss or disappearance.
If the damages caused are greater than the amount given in the deposit, the client must pay the difference immediately after receipt of the amount.
Responsibility
The user client is responsible for the correct use of the elements, appliances, equipment, supplies, furniture and accessories included in the rental of the apartment, being aware of the risks that their use entails, as well as being responsible for damages or Accidents that due to misuse and manipulation of the same could suffer any tenant.
Included services
- The normal consumption of light and water for the development of the stay.
- Cleaning and disinfection of the apartment upon arrival of the client.
- The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels for the number of people paid.
- Use within normal hours of the common areas, as long as other guests are not disturbed, and from 10 in the morning to 10 at night.
- Use of furniture, electrical appliances, kitchenware, toiletries and bedding according to the number of people hired and for its normal use
- Internet access via Wi-Fi
- Any other service not included in this list can be checked for availability and price.
It's forbidden
- Wasting or misusing the basic supplies of water and electricity. (We have a smart meter. In the event of an unjustified consumption of electricity, the property may use the deposit deposited).
- The entrance to the enclosure or apartments of people not housed.
- Obligation to communicate at the entrance of the apartment and through the Partee application the identification data of all guests over 16 years of age.
- Accommodate a greater number of people than the fixed maximum capacity.
- The entry of pets, (neither large, nor small, nor of any kind).
- Introduce furniture or carry out any type of work or repair without written authorization from the property.
- Use devices or equipment that alter the expected consumption of electricity and water.
- Carry out activities that alter the rules of coexistence or violate public order and not maintain personal, apartment or community hygiene.
- No noise from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Making annoying noises, music or disturbances that disturb rest, especially during siesta hours and at night (10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.).
- Celebrate parties, farewells or similar activities outside the object of tourist accommodation.
- Carry out the activity of hosting in the accommodation or use it for a purpose other than tourist use.
- Failure to comply with any of the above points may lead to the departure of the guests from the apartment.
